Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

-First 30 days for refund or exchange.

-Items returned AFTER 30 days and WITHIN 60 days of the original purchase may be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

-All items sent for return must be in original condition, unworn, and undamaged.

-Items returned for exchange will require an additional shipping cost same as original purchased.

-Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the items shipped arrive damaged or incorrect.

-When returning an item please be sure to use the enclosed form for your convenience.

-Items may also be returned in store at Henderson's Western Wear.
