The “ORIGINAL” Pullover Button Up was invented by our Owner and Designer Lisa Bollin 5+ years ago after being so frustrated when getting her buttons hooked on the horn and popping her shirt open during a competition run. While designing this incredible shirt she made sure to add a longer back tail to stay tucked in, longer arm length for reaching, only using the highest quality stretch fabrics including our amazing Breathe cooling material for the hottest days of summer, ultra soft shimmer fabrics, soft stretch suede, butter-like feel of our jerseys, stretch satin, stretch lightweight denims and so many more. She has recently updated them all to have classic cuff details. The no-gapping front button placket has three functional buttons for easy on-and-off and six faux buttons that create the appearance of a classic button-down and so flattering you can wear them to the office or dress them up for that special occasion. Not only are these fun, but they're FUNCTIONAL, THE SAFEST SHIRT YOU'LL EVER WEAR COMPETING. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.


  • If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, customers must:


    Check with household members or neighbors


    Contact the carrier directly



  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), please contact us within [X] days so we can assist with a claim when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Returns/Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:


  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Original packaging must be included

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability.


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend contacting us before sending an exchange to ensure availability

Return Process

To start a return:


  1. Use the return form in the package.

  2. We provide a return label in the package. We will deduct the amount of the return shipping from the refund.

  3. Ship the item back or simply visit us in store to return!

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:


  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
