We want you to be 100% happy with the product that you purchased. When your item(s) arrive please check each one properly. If, for any reason, you can return the unused new item to us within 30 days.
If the return is a change of mind or sizing issue we will provide a reduced cost shipping label. The return shipping charges will be deducted from the amount returned.
By using our labels we can also better track the item back to us.
If the return is because of an incorrect item or damaged it then we will take care of the return shipping costs for that order.
These rules also apply to items that were shipped with the Free Shipping option at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be unused and unwashed.
In store items are rerunnable within 30 days with a receipt for a full refund and enchantable within 90 days.
We wish to make the return process as easy as possible. So we will add a reduced cost return label in your order. If you use the label we will deduct the shipping cost from your return total. We would prefer you to use our shipping label so we can track it for you. If you shall choose to use your own shipping label PLEASE TRACK IT. We are not responsible for items that may not make to back to us.
For exchanges we will call for additional shipping to get the new item back to you!
All orders purchased Online MUST be returned in the form it was purchased. Online orders can not be returned in store. You may bring them to the store and we can process it for you through the website.
Just have an exchange? No problem! We have that covered as well. 90 days to exchange an unused item! (we do not save card info to make this automated)
