We want you to be 100% happy with the product that you purchased.  When your item(s) arrive please check each one properly.  If, for any reason, you can return the unused new item to us within 30 days.

If the return is a change of mind or sizing issue we will provide a reduced cost shipping label. The return shipping charges will be deducted from the amount returned. 

By using our labels we can also better track the item back to us. 

If the return is because of an incorrect item or damaged it then we will take care of the return shipping costs for that order.

In store items are rerunnable within 30 days with a receipt for a full refund and enchantable within 90 days.

NEW AND USED SADDLE POLICY It is important that your new saddle fits both you and your horse. When your saddle arrives, please inspect it carefully, saddle your horse with it using a clean pad, and make sure you are satisfied with the quality and fit. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return the unused saddle for a refund. Please realize that a new saddle won't sit completely down on the horse's back until it has been ridden several times. Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use. A re-stocking fee may be assessed on saddles not in new condition. If you are not satisfied with your used saddle, you may return it within 45 days for a full refund or within 90 days for an e-gift card credit.  Used saddles must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased to get a full refund. Processing Fees We reserve the right to charge any necessary processing fees for the retuned items.
